Submit your abstract
Abstract Submission:
Please summarize your work in English with "background, methodology, results, conclusion" in maximum 2000 characters (spaces included). We will not accept graphical abstracts, tables or figures. If needed, you can indicate 2 references. Add 5 keywords representing your work area.
Oral Presentations:
Showcase your work on the main stage, delivering a 10-minute presentation (English only). This will be followed by a 5-minute Q&A session involving both the scientific jury and the audience. Remember, your audience may not all be specialists in your field.
Posters:
Each presenter will have dedicated space for their poster, inviting attendees for discussion. During the poster session, the jury will evaluate your work. You'll have 5 minutes for interaction, including presenting your work and engaging in Q&A with the jury. Posters must be in English. This year, you will have the opportunity to present a 1 minute flashtalk (only 1 slide) on the main stage to give a foretaste of your poster (optional)!
